He worked as an actor — often cast as detectives, perhaps because solving puzzles has always come naturally to him. He is also the author of two published books and spent many years working in the entertainment and hospitality industries, developing strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.

As a lifelong cyclist, he once made a spur-of-the-moment decision to bike from Toronto to Atlantic Canada — a four-month journey that taught him perseverance, adaptability, and how to embrace the unexpected.
