Originally from Ontario, I moved to New Brunswick at a young age, completing my schooling in Miramichi and becoming deeply rooted in the community I now serve.
Because of my background across both provinces, I’ve developed a strong client base in Ontario and locally, leading me to specialize in helping out-of-province buyers transition into New Brunswick with confidence. Construction: giving me practical insight into renovation costs, building quality, red flags, and value-adding improvements
Banking: providing financial fluency in mortgages, HELOCs, investment properties, and creative financing options
Sales Experience: where I learned how to negotiate effectively, communicate clearly, and advocate for my clients’ best outcomes
Search & Rescue: yes, I really do find things for a living…including your next home
